\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThis is a full-time remote role for an IT Support Technician specializing in Office 365. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Office 365, and maintaining accurate records of all incidents and resolutions. The IT Support Technician will also work closely with cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues\n\n- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software\n- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions - Monitor network performance and security - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues\n- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security\n- Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions\n- Document technical processes and procedures\n- Foster regular communication with clients to understand their technology needs and concerns.\n- Analyze information, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.\n- Monitor computer and network operations, ensuring scheduled backup\/recovery functions and maintaining administration functions for hardware, operating, and application systems.\n- Actively support and maintain the integrity and security of technology and data, including PCI compliance.\n- Serve as a bridge between hotel customers and our internal teams.\n- Provide support for active directory, email systems (Office 365), virtualization, monitoring, and remote management software.\n- Identify and resolve LAN and WAN issues.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role\n- Solid understanding and practical experience with Office 365 and other productivity tools\n- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues\n- Good knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and hardware configuration\n- Ability to execute technical tasks with high attention to detail\n- Strong experience developing and using PowerShell scripts for automation tasks\n- Experience in customer service and client-facing roles\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n- Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
